Add OneCloud as Operator Connect Provider | OneCloud Support Portal

1: Login to Teams Admin Center

Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com and login with your Teams Admin credentials.

2: Operator Connect

Navigate to "Voice > Operator Connect"



3: OneCloud

Find OneCloud in the list of available operators and select it:




4: Add as my operator

Fill out the operator settings and contact info:



Click "Add as my operator"



Notes
In order for OneCloud to add numbers into your Teams environment you must have at least one Emergency Address provisioned. Follow this guide to setup an emergency address if you don't already have one.

Additionally, if you wish for TelWare to manage the programming and provisioning of numbers ordered via Operator Connect, you can do so by registering as a partner with TelWare.  Let your account manager know or open a ticket and we will send your global admin an invite via email.
