Teams Admin: Configure Teams Users for Direct Routing
Prerequisites:
Completion of Direct Routing setup:
An extension and user have been configured in OneCloud and Microsoft respectively with the necessary licensing for Direct Routing.
Login and navigate
Navigate to the "Customer Portal > Users" for the desired account.
Add User
Click "Add User"
Select the desired user from the drop-down menu, enter the DID that you assigned to the extension in OneCloud:
Input the SIP registration credentials in the fields as follows:
Click "Add"
Sync
After adding your users, be sure to sync your changes.
Once the sync is complete the new user(s) should be all set. You will be able to check their registration status by either checking in OneCloud, or looking at the registration status indicator in the Teams Connector Admin portal:
