How to Boot into Recovery Mode for Newer Yealink Models
Supported Models: SIP-T58W, SIP-T42U, SIP-T43U, SIP-T46U, SIP-T48U, SIP-T57W, SIP-T54W, SIP-T53W, SIP-T53, SIP-T53C, CP965, CP925, and VP59. Your Model May Not Be Listed
Locate and press the “Speaker” button on your Yealink.
Disconnect the power supply cable from the A/C outlet or disconnect the PoE connection from the Internet Port, but do not release the button.
Reconnect the power cable or PoE Connection while still holding “Speaker.”
Check if the “Recovery” mode confirmation screen shows.
Press “1” on the dial pad to access the “Recovery” mode.
If the phone did not enter recovery mode, try the guide for going into recovery mode on older models.
How to Boot into Recovery Mode for Older Yealink Models
First, long-press the “Redial” button on your Yealink unit.
Disconnect the power supply cable from the A/C outlet or disconnect the PoE connection from the Internet Port, but do not release the button.
Keep holding “Redial” while reconnecting the power cord.
Check if the “Recovery” mode confirmation screen shows.
Press the button on the keypad that says “Yes” on-screen.
