How to Enable Voicemail as an Office Manager
As an office manager you have the exclusive capability to configure this feature for any individual within your system.
Begin by logging into the OneCloud platform by navigating to my OneCloud.com.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the user's tab located at the top of your screen. This area provides access to all user profiles.
You can either scroll through your users or type their name in the search bar. Once you've located the user, you will need to modify.
Simply click on their name to access their profile within the profile locate and click on their name to access their profile within the profile locate and click on the voicemail tab on the voicemail page.
Scroll down to the notification section and check the box next to email notifications to enable the voicemail to email options.
You will have a few additional options such as email type after email notifications voicemail reminders and more. Select the preferred notification type that suits your user's requirements. To finalize the setup, click save. This action ensures that the voicemail notifications are now linked to the specified email address.
