  1. Hold the "OK" key on the Yealink Phone for 10-15 seconds until you see the following message.
  2. Using the softkey select "OK" and wait for the phone to reboot.

  3. Wait for the phone to come online and download its configuration file.
    1. If the phone does not pull a configuration file, it is likely getting blocked from getting its configuration file from our server.
