How to Setup Call Forwarding
Access your mailbox:
1. Press the Message button or dial 5001 from your phone.
2. Enter your password followed by the pound key.
3. Press 4 to set Call Forwarding.
4. Press 2 to set Forwarding Destination
5. Enter the number you wish to forward calls to. It will repeat the phone number entered and take you back to the forwarding menu.
6. Press 3 to turn forwarding on or off.
7. Press 1 to turn on forwarding or press 0 to turn off forwarding.
