Easily schedule time with your AI-Agent through our Calendly Integration. Share a personalized link that allows others to book meetings with you directly, making scheduling fast, simple, and hassle-free.

📋 Setup Steps

1. Login to your OneCloud Portal
   🔗 https://myonecloud.com/portal/home
2. Select AI Agent
   
   
3. Navigate to your AI Agent and select the pencil icon
   
4. From the left-hand menu, select Actions under Advanced
   
5. Select Enable on Calendly
   
6. Login and authenticate using your Calendly credentials
   
7. Close the pop-up after successfully authenticating 
   
8. In the Actions menu, select Enable to activate Calendly for your AI Agent

📅 Managing Calendars

How to add or remove calendars:

1. Navigate to your AI Agent's Actions
2. Under the Calendly Integration, select the pencil icon
3. Use the checkbox to enable/disable calendar access
   
4. To prompt the AI Agent to schedule a meeting, enter activation keywords (separated by commas).
   

💡 Pro Tip

Keyword Configuration:

Use specific keywords to help the AI Agent identify when to offer Calendly scheduling.

Example: "AI Agent Sales, UCaaS"

The AI Agent will recognize these terms in conversations and automatically offer the appropriate calendar booking link.
