Give your AI-Agent the ability to securely connect with HubSpot through the Model Context Protocol. This integration makes it simple to access contacts, update deals, log activities, and trigger workflows in real time, providing a powerful and flexible experience that lets your AI work directly inside your CRM.

What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI agents securely connect to the tools and data they need. Think of it as a universal adapter that gives your AI-Agent direct, structured access to platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ServiceTitan, so it can take real actions on your behalf instead of just talking about them.

📋 Setup Steps

This configuration requires MCP setup on the HubSpot side as well.
  1. Login to your OneCloud Portal: 🔗 https://myonecloud.com/portal/home
  2. OneCloud side: Select AI Agent from the navigation menu.
  3. OneCloud side: Navigate to your AI Agent and select the pencil icon
  4. OneCloud side: From the left-hand menu, select Actions under Advanced
  5. OneCloud side: Find the HubSpot option tagged "MCP" and click Enable.
  6. OneCloud side: Copy this Redirect URL in this modal.
  7. HubSpot side: Open HubSpot in a new tab or window, and navigate to Development on the menu bar on the left. Select MCP Auth Apps
  8. HubSpot sideClick Create MCP auth app
  9. HubSpot sideFill Name and paste Redirect URL from the Configure modal in OneCloud AI agent, which is on step 6. Click Create.
  10. HubSpot side: Select the app you just created, copy Client ID. Click Show on Client secret and copy them.
  11. OneCloud side: Go back to this modal in OneCloud AI Agent, then paste the Client ID and the Client Secret. Click Connect.
  12. Choose options what you need to allow AI agent to do in HubSpot, scroll to the bottom and click Connect App
    1. You may need to accept the risk of the app. Type "I accept the risk" then press Connect
  13. Once it's connected, OneCloud page will be reloaded and this modal will pop up. Fill the field with simple English. Click Next.
  14. Choose permissions that you want to grant to your AI agent, then click Next.
    1. Click the ">" icon to expand permission details. If you have no specific preferences, select Leave to agent; otherwise, enter your desired value.
  15. Review the description. If everything looks correct, click Finish Setup. Otherwise, make adjustments first.
  16. You can make changes on the modal in step 14, by clicking the pencil icon next to the Enable button.
