Features

  1. Calls via call queues now display the queue identifier in notifications, in-call UI, and call history

Improvements

  1. Helper text has been added to Call Center statistics
  2. Ability for Agents and Supervisors to log in and out per queue
  3. Call queue details including active calls, agents, and agent stats for that queue

Fixes

  1. Fixed Android permissions for image/video in chat in Android 13
  2. Fixed notification handling in Android 13
  3. Obeys the system call audio volume when connecting calls with one exception: if the volume is below 25% of the max volume, the application adopts 25% of the max volume
  4. Removed daily MFA authentication
  5. Misc. fixes
