OneCloud Connect - Create a new chat

To create a new chat in OneCloud Connect, first click on the "Chat" icon in the upper left-hand corner of the window:

Here you will see listed any existing chats that you are a part of. To create a new direct message chat, click on the plus icon to the right of "Direct Message":

A window will appear where you will be able to search for and select a contact to add to the new chat. Enter the first few letters of the user's name, email, or username, and click on the "Add" button to the right of the desired user:

Next, click on "Start a Conversation" to create the new chat:
