How to Navigate to your Audio Settings


  1. Login to your OneCloud Connect Desktop app or login on the web at https://connect.onecloud.com/login
  2. In the top right, select the dropdown arrow and click on settings
  3. Using the pane on the left, click on "Audio

How to Set your speaker device 

  1. Navigate to your audio settings in OneCloud Connect
  2. Click on the current device that is being used as your speaker

  3. Click the drop-down menu to view all available speaker options.
    Simply select your preferred device with a single click to instantly route your audio through it.
  4. Instantly verify your audio setup by tapping the "Test Speaker" button.
    A brief sound will play through your selected device, confirming everything is working perfectly before your important calls.


How to set your microphone device

  1. Navigate to your audio settings in OneCloud Connect
  2. Click on the current device that is being used as your microphone

  3. Click the drop-down menu to view all available microphone options.
    Simply select your preferred device with a single click to instantly route your audio through it
  4. Instantly verify your microphone setup by tapping the "Test Mic" button.
    A short audio clip will be recorded will play through your selected speaker device, confirming everything is working perfectly before your important calls.


How to Change your ringtone

  1. Navigate to your audio settings in OneCloud Connect
  2. Click on the current device that is being used as your speaker for incoming calls

  3. Click the drop-down menu to view all available speaker options.
