OneCloud Connect puts you in command of your voicemail experience. Enable or disable voicemail messaging, forward messages automatically to colleagues, and customize greetings using text-to-speech, uploads, or live recordings. Manage notifications through email and secure your messages with a custom PIN—all through an intuitive interface accessible from anywhere.

How to Navigate to your Voicemail Settings​​


  1. Login to your OneCloud Connect Desktop app or login on the web at https://connect.onecloud.com/login
  2. In the top right, select the dropdown arrow and click on settings
  3. Using the pane on the left, click on "Voicemail"

Enabling Voicemails

  1. Click on the slider to enable voicemails
  2. To make sure your voicemail is enabled, make sure the slider is blue
  3. In the bottom right, click on "Save" to confirm your changes

How to have your voicemails auto forwarded to another extension

  1. Click on the "Copy to extension(s)" slider to enable voicemails

  2. To make sure your voicemail forward is enabled, make sure the slider is blue

  3. A new window will appear that will allow you to search for the extension that you want to auto forward voicemails to.
    Using the search look for the extension that you want to auto forward your voicemails to. 
  4. In the bottom right, click on "Save" to confirm your changes

How to Configure your voicemail greetings

How to create a new greeting

  1. To create a new greeting click "Add"

  2. A new menu will display itself with the following options.

    Choose from one of the following options
    1. Text to Speech
      1. In the message box, write your new greeting

      2. Select the voice you want to record your greeting

      3. Click the Play Icon to generate the greeting and to listen to it

      4. Click Save to confirm your changes

    2. Upload
      1. Enter a Greeting Name

      2. Select "Choose File" to play your pre-recorded audio file

      3. Click "Save" to confirm your greeting
    3. Record
      1. Enter a Greeting Name

      2. Select the Microphone Icon, this will use your default microphone device configured in the "Audio" settings

      3. Click the Recording Icon to Stop your recording
      4. Click the Play Icon to listen to your recorded message 

      5. Click "Save" to confirm your greeting

How to edit a greeting

  1. Select the voicemail greeting that you want to edit
  2. To edit a greeting click "Edit"
  3. Select from one of the following options
  4. Edit your greeting, as if you were making a new one as mentioned above
  5. Click "Save" to confirm your greeting

Swapping Voicemail Greetings

  1. Easily refresh your professional presence by selecting your current greeting message to instantly swap to a previously recorded alternative. 
    Click on the current greeting to be displayed with a dropdown of your currently configured greetings.
  2. Choose which greeting callers hear when they reach your voicemail by simply selecting your preferred message from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the bottom right, click on "Save" to confirm your changes

Voicemail Notification Settings

Voicemail to email only delivers attachments as .wav files
  1. Click on the slider to enable voicemails

  2. To make sure your voicemail is enabled, make sure the slider is blue
  3. In the "Email Type" Dropdown select the method that works best for you
  4. In the "After Email Notification" Dropdown select the method that works best for you
  5. In the bottom right, click on "Save" to confirm your changes

Change your Voicemail PIN

Alert
Your PIN Must be at least 4 digits
  1. In the "New PIN" box type in your new voicemail PIN
  2. In the bottom right, click on "Save" to confirm your changes
