New Features

1. Call center: Add icon for agent status and refresh queues

Bug Fixes

1. Incoming call tune continues after a user clicks on "cancel transfer"
2. The app gives error 'Recording not found' even when recording exists.
3. When IOS device creates conference and one of the extensions disconnects, IOS user is displayed to be on hold with other extension.
4. The message notification showing incorrect agent name.
5. Chat Attachments are not coming through as expected from Web and Desktop
6. Chat notifications are not coming through when new messages are sent from web or Desktop.
7. Not able to send mentions in Chats
8. Chat Attachments can not send files, send only images.
9. When a chat is opened and app is put in background and then retrieved again the chat appearance is wrong (the messages from logged in user should be right side justified, they are displayed on the left side along with responses from other users). Then when the user goes back to Chat main page and reopen the concerned chat they are displayed correctly.
10. When trying to edit the chat messages, the done button is not visible on screen, then when user clicks on emoji and then back on Alphabets the button comes into view to submit the edit. Also, on clicking emoji the input field goes to the top of the screen.
11. When user clicks on notification when app is in killed mode, user use to land on blank chat.
