  1. Phone: Monitor Parked calls 
  2. Phone: Call Center Agents can log in and out of queues
  3. Phone: Call Center Agents can update their availability from Connect interface
  4. Phone: Call Center Agents can see Wait Time and Callers waiting for each queue
  5. Chat: Thread timeline allows a user to see the most recently updated thread
  6. Outlook Add-in: Support for meeting room selection

Improvements

  1. Meeting: Schedule meeting prefill current start date/time on schedule
  2. Chat: Updated Thread Timeline
  3. Presence now shows on user's Avatar on Desktop
  4. Outlook Add-in: Support for Microsoft Entra SSO

Bug Fixes

  1. Chat: Mark as Read should mark all threads as read
