New Features
- Call Recording Transcription and Sentiment Analysis
- View transcriptions and sentiment analysis for call recordings on Web and Desktop, making it easy to review call content and quality at a glance.
- Live Call Quality Metrics
- Real-time call quality indicators are now available on Web and Desktop, giving users and administrators visibility into active call performance.
- Additional Ringtone and Tone Options
- New ringtone selections are available for Web and Desktop. End-of-call tones have been added across all platforms, including Android and iOS, along with an updated ringback tone and improved call waiting notification sounds.
- Granular Queue Login/Logout for Agents
- Agents can now log in and out of individual queues based on the PORTAL_CALL_QUEUE_GRANULAR_LOGIN portal configuration, providing finer control over queue availability.
- AI Chatbot for Web and Desktop
- Connect now includes an integrated AI-powered chatbot, providing instant assistance and intelligent responses directly within the application.
- Edit Replies in Channels
- Users can now edit their replies within channel threads.
- Dial with Pause for Extension
- Phone numbers containing pauses (for navigating IVR menus or entering extensions) are now supported when dialing from Web and Desktop.

- Search Results within Chats and Channels
- Search now navigates directly to the matching message within a conversation, making it faster to find and review past discussions.
- Application Update Process for Desktop
- The Desktop update experience has been redesigned with a refreshed banner, improved flow behavior, and support for both forced and optional updates via feature flag.
- Improved Media Support in Chat
- Expanded file type support across all platforms, including better handling of video, audio, and image formats in chat and SMS/MMS conversations.
- Screensharing Preview in Meetings
- Improved the screensharing preview display within meetings for a clearer sharing experience.
- Caller Name on Assisted Transfer
- The caller's name now updates correctly when performing an assisted transfer.
- Audio Device Fallback
- When a selected audio device becomes unavailable — such as a Bluetooth headset disconnecting during a call — the application now automatically falls back to the default audio device.
- Redesigned Call Notification for Desktop
- The incoming call notification on Desktop is now dynamic in size, providing a cleaner and more consistent appearance.
- Queue Status and Callers Waiting
- Resolved inconsistencies with queue logged-in status and improved the real-time updates for callers waiting in the Call Center module.
- Copy Meeting Link
- The Copy Meeting Link action now correctly includes the https:// protocol prefix.
- Reduced Call Connection Delay
- Improved audio transmission timing when answering inbound calls, reducing the delay before audio begins.
- File Name and Extension Handling in Chat
- File names and extensions are now handled consistently when sending and receiving files in chat, including improved MIME type detection and support for additional media formats.

- Fixed chats and channels reordering randomly when using the Recent filter
- Fixed inbound MMS videos not loading on Desktop
- Fixed ringtone audio playing without an incoming call
- Fixed shared contacts not syncing correctly
- Fixed a delay when answering calls on iOS after the device has been idle
- Fixed the Desktop application crashing when clicking "Join Meeting" on pre-production
- Fixed the Desktop application crashing after being idle for extended periods or on network changes
- Fixed an issue where editing a message containing bullet points could crash the application
- Fixed duplicate SMS messages being received for a single sent message
- Fixed voicemail greeting audio not playing in Settings
- Fixed Click-to-Meet getting stuck on "Connecting to Meeting" after ending a previous meeting
- Fixed Google Calendar connection returning an error before successfully connecting
- Fixed call history pagination not updating records
- Fixed the Screen Pop URL icon displaying for extension-to-extension calls instead of external calls only
- Fixed an issue where sending a media file with text via SMS/MMS would cause the text to not be received
- Fixed video files being unable to send in certain chat and channel conversations
- Fixed outbound SMS failures in production
- Fixed various null reference errors causing intermittent crashes across platforms
- Fixed Gravatar default avatar handling
