How to Clear Cookies and Cache | OneCloud Support Portal

The below troubleshooting steps can be taken if you have issues related to cached files and settings within the browser. This is often one of the first steps a support technician will ask you to take.

Google Chrome

1. Navigate to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData within Google Chrome

2. Select the following checkboxes:

      a. Cookies and other site data

      b. Cached images and files

      c. Time range: Last 24 hrs



3. Select “Clear data

4. Close all tabs of chrome

5. Re-launch Chrome

Microsoft Edge

1. Navigate to edge://settings/clearBrowserData within Edge

2. Select the following checkboxes:

      a. Cookies and other site data

      b. Cached images and files

c. Time range: Last 24 hrs



3. Select “Clear Now

4. Close all tabs of Edge

5. Re-launch Edge
