How to Forward a Voicemail to Another Person | OneCloud Support Portal

To forward a voicemail using the web portal:

1. Go to your account at myonecloud.com and log in.

Note: If you are an office manager, you’ll need to log in then click your name in the top right and select “My Account” from the drop-down.

2. Click on “Messages” from the navigation.



3. Find the Voicemail you’d like to forward and press the “Forward” button associated with it as shown below.



4. Enter the user name or extension of the person you’d like to forward the voicemail to in the pop-up.





5. Press enter or the arrow to send the voicemail.





You’ll see a notification at the top of your display letting you know the voicemail was successfully forwarded.





To forward a voicemail using a desk phone:

1. Open your voicemail box by pressing the Message button or by dialing 5001 from your desktop phone.

2. Enter your password followed by the # (pound) key.

3. Press 1 to listen to a new message or Press 2 to listen to Saved Messages.

4. While on the message you want to forward to another user, press option 3.

5. Press 1 to send the message to an individual user.

6. Record an Intro Message and then press #.

7. Press 2 to confirm or Press 1 to rerecord.

8. Enter the destination mailbox.

9. Press 2 to confirm the destination mailbox
