1. Navigate to myonecloud.com and log in.
2. From the OneCloud Portal Homepage, click the Users tab.
3. Locate the user of which you’d like to change names.
4. From the list, select the Advanced option.
5. From this page, click the Reset User button.
6. A pop-up will appear asking you to select optional data and settings to reset. If you want to immediately reuse the contact, check the Recycle User option. Select the options and press Reset.
7. Another pop-up will ask you to confirm. Hit Reset again.
8. Optional: If you selected to recycle the user, you will be prompted to put in the new user’s name and email address.
