OneCloud: How to Set or Reset Your Password
Existing Users:
If you are an existing user, and have forgotten your password or login name, follow the steps below to retrieve your login credentials:
Forgot Password
Enter your login name and click "Send"
You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you receive this error:
you may have entered an incorrect login name. Follow the next steps to retrieve your login name.
Forgot Login Name
Enter your email and optional extension number (useful if you have multiple extensions with the same email address):
Click "Send"
You will then receive an email containing your login name, and an option to "Complete setup" if you wish to also reset your password.
New Users:
If you are a new user and have not logged into the OneCloud portal, follow the instructions below to set up your account.
Welcome Email
First, check your email inbox for a message from
"noreply@myonecloud.com". It should have the subject line
"Your new phone system account". If you don't have a welcome email in your inbox, proceed to the next steps.
New User
Below the login module, click on the "Are you a new user?"
Enter your extension details and click "Send" to receive a new welcome email.
From the welcome email, you'll be able to retrieve your login name and configure a new password.
