OneCloud: How to Send Welcome Emails to End Users

Note: ONLY users with administrative access privileges can send welcome emails to other users.

To send Welcome Emails in bulk:

  1. Click Users in the web menu.
  2. Select the user(s) you’d like to email by clicking the box to the left of their names.
  3. Click Bulk Actions.
  4. Select Send Welcome Email radio button.
    Note: Selecting this option sends new users an email with a link to set up a password and voicemail pin. Users also cannot use the OneCloud mobile app without a password.
  5. Click Complete Action to finish.


To send Welcome Emails in bulk:

  1. Click Users in the web menu.
  2. Click the User Name to enter into their profile.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Click the Send Welcome Email button.

If the Send Welcome Email button is grayed out, it’s because the user does not have an email on file. For help with adding an email to a user’s profile, check out the OneCloud: How to add an Email Address to End Users article.
