How to Set Up Call Forwarding | OneCloud Support Portal

Via Voicemail

To access your mailbox:

1. Press the Message button or dial 5001.

2. Enter your password followed by the pound key.

3. Press 4 to Change Greetings.

4. Press 2 to set Forwarding Destination

5. Enter the number you wish to forward calls to. It will repeat the phone number entered and take you back to the forwarding menu.

6. Press 3 to turn to forward on or off.

7. Press 1 to turn on forwarding or press 0 to turn off forwarding.


Via Mobile App

Installing the mobile app is an alternative to call forwarding. If you download the OneCloud Mobile app and log in, your calls will automatically ring both your desktop phone and your mobile app.
