OneCloud Connect - Report an Issue
Having issues with OneCloud Connect? Your feedback is important to us while the application is in beta, submitting bug/issue reports will help us make the application better. Use the report an issue feature to automatically send your application logs directly to our development team for analysis.
Report an Issue - Web
To report an issue, expand the profile drop-down and select the "Report an Issue" button.
Fill out your name, email, and a description of the issue. Provide as much detail as possible and what steps were taken to create the issue.
When finished, click the "Submit Crash Report" button.
Report an Issue - Windows
To report an issue with the Windows desktop application, find the OneCloud Connect icon in your "Hidden Icons" menu in your taskbar at the bottom right of the screen
Find the OCMeet icon
Right click the icon, and select "Report issue"
This will open the "Report an Issue" modal.
Fill out your name, email, and a description of the issue. Provide as much detail as possible and what steps were taken to create the issue.
When finished, click the "Submit Crash Report" button.
Report an Issue - macOS
To report an issue with the macOS desktop application, find the OneCloud Connect icon in your menu at the top of the screen.
Select "Report issue"
This will open the "Report an Issue" modal.
Fill out your name, email, and a description of the issue. Provide as much detail as possible and what steps were taken to create the issue.
When finished, click the "Submit Crash Report" button.
