Pull SIP Registration Credentials | OneCloud Support Portal

Occasionally you may need to pull the SIP credentials for a given extension to register a 3rd party application or if you're configuring a user for OneCloud Teams Connector. In this guide we will go through the process of pulling this information.

Login and navigate

Login to https://myonecloud.com with your Office Manager account

Navigate to "Users"

Locate the desired user and select the pencil icon on the right side:

Select "Phones" from the dropdown menu

Phones/Devices

Here we can see all phones and devices that are assigned to the user.
Click the pencil next to the desired device, change the model to "Manual or Softphone" to display the SIP credentials.

Warning
Once you pull the credentials out, click "Cancel" to ensure no changes are made to the device.
