OneCloud v45 Release Notes

This article lists what is new in OneCloud v45, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Notes
Targeted release date: October 21, 2026

Important changes

Several default behaviors changed in this release. See "Behavior changes to be aware of" below.

New Features

Security and sign-in

  • Centralized login. Users sign in through one shared experience and are redirected to the right application based on where they started.
  • Administrators can enforce Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication at multiple organizational levels, including system-wide and domain.
  • Languages enabled by administrators now appear in the language picker for the Portal and login page, and language labels can be customized.

Call recording and compliance

  • Call recording integration with third-party recording platforms.
  • 10DLC STOP, START, and HELP keyword handling for SMS, with automatic replies. SMS call queue configurations that use reserved 10DLC keywords are now blocked.
  • Scheduled CDR exports now send an email notification if an export fails, when email alerts are enabled for the schedule.

Call routing and queues

  • New call queue option to control which music on hold plays when a call moves from one queue to another.
  • A user's presence now updates promptly when a Time Frame becomes active, instead of waiting for the next call event.
  • Queue agents panel can show a timer for online and offline agent statuses. Offline timers appear after a page refresh.

Devices and provisioning

  • New device support: Yealink AX83H and AX86R WiFi handsets, Yealink T88V and T88W, Snom D862, D865, and D892M desk phones, Snom M250 base station, and Snom M53 handset (pairs with M250 and M500 base stations).
  • Fanvil BLF keys can now allow attended transfers (new setting, default "no").
  • Yealink hot desk account labels can reflect the current hot desk owner (new UI config, default "no").

Improvements

  • Improved push notification delivery on mobile, including voicemail notifications for all inbound voicemail types.
  • Time Frames are grouped by owner in dropdowns, can share a name with domain-level entries, and are sorted without regard to case.
  • Faster call queue performance.
  • When deleting a Site, you are offered options to unassign or delete the site's users and queues.
  • Audit logs now record when users export lists of contacts.
  • Improved localization strings across the Portal and Analytics to remove duplicates and grammar errors.
  • Improved the "Forward if unavailable" help text on call queues.
  • Grandstream HT V2 devices now have FXS ports enabled by default when configured for a user.
  • Polycom custom directory entries now appear only in their intended location.
  • Queue stability under heavy load, so callers waiting in queues are tracked correctly.

Behavior changes to be aware of

  • Caller identity information is now shared only with trusted endpoints by default.
  • The Calls Offered statistic now increments only when a call reaches the queue, not when it is sent directly to voicemail or forwarded. The Percent Dial Transfer metric now reflects the percentage of handled calls transferred to another destination. Forwarded-to-voicemail calls no longer increment FWD.
  • For attended transfers, a new CDR is created for the transfer instead of overwriting the original.

Bug Fixes

Call routing and queues

  • Fixed call queue priorities for agents assigned to multiple queues.
  • Queued callback requests are now included in priority calculations.
  • Call queues now follow Answering Rules correctly when a new Time Frame is activated.
  • Fixed Ring Group calls that did not honor a user's "Forward On Active" rule.
  • The Call Queue Escape Key now behaves consistently regardless of when the caller pressed it.
  • Fixed an issue where some SIP trunk calls counted as two external calls and triggered call limits.
  • Fixed inconsistent routing where off-net calls could go to voicemail while similar interdomain calls followed the No More Route setting.
  • Fixed call problems that could occur during Call Retrieve and Supervised Transfer.
  • Fixed a rare issue that could interrupt service when a caller disconnected at the same moment a queue or simultaneous ring agent answered.
  • Fixed audio corruption during concurrent text-to-speech calls. Callers can now give DTMF or speech input while prompts play.
  • Fixed a case where calls forwarded to SimRing destinations could be mislabeled, especially for off-net calls.
  • Fixed the Active Calls view showing the wrong number when users in different domains share an extension.

Call recording

  • Fixed mid-call recording sessions that could fail to start.
  • Fixed call recording not starting for calls routed through a Ring-All queue when the assigned agent had recording enabled.
  • Resolved an issue preventing call transfers when call recording is enabled.

Call Center, reports, and CDRs

  • Fixed the Analytics page failing to load for users with the Call Center Supervisor scope.
  • Fixed the queue total not including all Forwarded (FWD) and related statistics.
  • Emailed call center statistics now match the Portal when times exceed 24 hours, and emailed reports display all relevant metrics.
  • Fixed the CDR Scheduled Export intermittently skipping entries.
  • Calls that reach a queue and are forwarded to a second queue now increment the Calls Offered statistic of the first queue.
  • Fixed calls tagged incorrectly when a caller hung up during a voicemail greeting, and off-net calls made to check voicemail that were tagged as outbound.
  • Fixed statistics for some assisted transfer calls, and privacy flags are now respected in CDRs for interdomain calls.
  • Call transcripts and sentiment data now display for all eligible calls.
  • Fixed sorting report columns causing the listen button to stop working in Queue Stats, Agent Stats, and Dialed Number Stats.
  • Fixed Call History "To" field showing incorrect information for interdomain calls.
  • Added a CDR entry for calls forwarded on "Forward Not Registered," "No Answer," or "Busy" after routing from a queue.

Portal

  • Fixed the login flow so users return to the correct application and keep session activity across authentication methods.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed SSO users to save duplicate primary and secondary email addresses.
  • Recording configurations are removed automatically when a user is deleted.
  • Phone and SMS numbers are now marked available when their assigned user is deleted.
  • Fixed Call Queue "Forward to Destination" settings that could change when saving a queue in non-English Portal environments.
  • Fixed error messages in pop-up dialogs that appeared misaligned when scrolling or zooming.
  • Fixed editing the Polycom internal sidecar when the shared line feature is off.
  • Fixed multiple Auto Attendants created in the same domain starting with the same prompt.
  • Fixed time format in the UI not matching user settings after login.
  • Fixed new time frames appearing expired in answering rules.
  • Fixed the "Show default configs" checkbox having no effect, and the "Overwrite with Site" field showing when sites are disabled.
  • Fixed incorrect Caller ID and phone number sorting in dropdown suggestions.
  • Fixed user data being displayed when exporting contacts in residential domains.
  • Fixed an issue where Site Managers could access or edit details of higher-scope users.
  • Fixed holidays from Canada and Mexico showing "No future occurrences" when added to a Time Frame.
  • Added protection against deleting answering rules associated with the default (*) Time Frame.

Devices and provisioning

  • Fixed Grandstream MPK buttons starting at position 19 being configured incorrectly, and tab selection on Grandstream devices.
  • Fixed changing the directory source in Button Builder breaking Mitel device label tokens.
  • Fixed dynamic BLF key insertion omitting users with duplicate first names.
  • Fixed Mitel configuration generation when Key 1 was not provisioned.
  • Fixed leftover configuration data when a phone is removed from one domain and added to another.
  • Fixed saving directory data during the "Apply Backup" process.

Voicemail and messaging

  • Fixed Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) switching on and off after an abandoned or very short voicemail was received.
  • Improved how sent faxes display in the Portal. Faxes sent from the Portal appear in Sent items, while faxes sent by email or ATA remain hidden by design to support compliance requirements.
  • Fixed inbound messages containing both text and media being treated entirely as MMS. The text is now processed as SMS.
  • Fixed missing notifications when messages are sent to numbers that have opted out.

Security

  • Multiple security hardening updates.
