The Webphone will open in a new window. To install the Desktop app, click on the download icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Note: If the download icon is not showing, the Webphone has already been installed.

Next, a pop-up window will populate and prompt you to Install or Not Now. Click on Install to complete the process.

The Webphone desktop app will launch once installed.
