Salesforce Integration with OneCloud | OneCloud Support Portal



When a customer calls your OneCloud, a window will pop up with the assistance of OneCloud showing you all their contact information before answering the call. 



When a call is wrapped up, a quick refresh shows the call has been logged plus for those who want to revisit the conversation a link to download the call is readily available. This ensures continuity and quality in customer relations.



When a call comes in from somebody not on your Salesforce contact list, you will be able to hit the "add contact" button and enter details like their name, company, and their email address. After filling out that information hit "save" and they should be all set up. 


A simple interface makes it easy to quickly manage all of your calls within Salesforce. Dial with Salesforce with a highlight or tap.
