SecureFax V3.0 Release Notes

New Features
  1. Login Improvements:
    1. Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless authentication
    2. Added support for login via Apple, Google, and Microsoft accounts.
    3. Introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
  2. Updated User Interface:
    1. Revamped the user interface for a more intuitive and modern experience.
  3. Number Sharing Enhancements:
    1. Users can now choose from multiple assigned numbers.
    2. Two sharing modes available: Normal and Restricted.
      1. Normal: All users assigned to a number see all sent and received faxes for the number.
      2. Restricted: Users only see their sent faxes on the specified number; deleting a fax only affects the user's view.
  4. Live sending status: 
    1. Users will now see the current status of the fax as well as the number of pages sent
  5. Contacts Management: 
    1. Implemented contact saving and search functionality within the Compose Fax form.
  6. Usage Visibility:
    1. Users can now view current month's usage for each selected number.
  7. Auto Generated Cover Page: 
    1. SecureFax now automatically creates and prepends a cover page when users fill out the Subject and Message fields.
  8. Read and Unread indicators:
    1. Introduced visual indicators (eye icon and row highlights) to signify whether a fax has been viewed/downloaded.
  9. OpenAPI Support:
    1. Added support for OpenAPI, enabling integration with third-party applications.
Bug Fixes
  1. Authentication: 
    1. Resolved issues with password setting and changing, including problems with special characters and excessive length. SecureFax now utilizes Auth0 as its identity access management provider, addressing these issues.
