Unsupported Modems | OneCloud Support Portal

Unsupported Modems and Routers

Below is a list of Routers and Modems that we have commonly seen issues with when using VoIP technologies.

Unsupported Gateways:

  1. Actiontec - any model except M1424WR (but must disable SIP ALG)
  2. Arris/Pace Gateways - any model number, except NVG595 and BGW210 (but must disable SIP ALG)
  3. Cisco - DPC Models (including DPCQ3925)
  4. NETGEAR - CG3000DCR
  5. Technicolor - any model number
  6. Ubee Gateway - any model number
  7. Verizon FiOS - G1100
  8. Huawei Gateway - any model number

Unsupported Routers:

  1. Apple Airport Xtreme
  2. Apple Time Capsule
  3. Belkin (Any)
  4. Cisco RV 320 and 325 series - Must be upgraded to 1.3.1.x. Any Firmware lower than this has problems with intermittently not responding to SIP INVITE messages.
  5. Other RV series have similar problems with no exact fixes with handling SIP properly
  6. DD-WRT Firmware flashed on Routers - This includes all Buffalo Routers
  7. DLink Dr-655 A1 / C1
  8. Edgewater / Edgemark (any)
  9. Linksys BEFSR41/81
  10. Linksys WRT120N WRT180 WRT160 VPN firewall
  11. Luxur XB4400 and related series
  12. Motorola Gateways (ALL) - Bridging MAY work, but we recommend a standalone modem with an approved router
  13. Netgear Nighthawk series (Latest firmware and Tomato firmware are fully supported - Any firmware below has had numerous reported issues and is considered unsupported)
  14. OnHub Router by TP-Link
  15. Sagemcom F@st (Any)
