Ringtone and Alerts Setup Guide

This article provides step-by-step instructions to change the volume of incoming calls/chats in the OneCloud CX Agent Desktop system.
Purpose
The Ringtones and Alerts setting lets you customize the volume of external chat and preview record notifications and incoming calls.
Accessing Settings
1. Select the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner of the interface

2. Navigate to "Ringtones and Alerts" in the settings menu

Customizing Audio Notifications
You can adjust volume levels for various communication channels:
- Incoming calls
- Chat notifications
- System alerts
Making Adjustments
Simply use the slider interface and checkbox to modify audio output according to your preferences:
[Low] ◯───────○───── [High]
- External chat and preview record notification - Controls the volume of a new external chat interaction and new preview record notifications
- External chat message notification - Controls the volume of external chat message notifications
- Internal chat notification - Controls the volume of internal chat message notifications
- Incoming calls - Controls the ringtone volume of incoming calls
