Improvements
- Allowed for the reading and writing of the "trigger_by" property of API object "conference" to allow for the creation of Broadcast Paging Groups via API.
- Enabled faster loading times on the User Page.
- Added ability to disable WebPhone language selection dropdown.
- Adjusted Parking Queue BLF behavior. Adjusted BLF behavior as follows:
- For a normal Queue
- No change if Presence Status = “alerting” or “progressing”
- Presence Status = "inuse" if Queue Length is non-zero
- Presence Status = "inactive" otherwise
- For a Parking Queue
- Presence Status = "inuse" if Queue Length is non-zero
- Presence Status = "inactive" otherwise
- Added Support for Filtering by Auto Attendant Treatment in Phone number inventory. Filter is only available for office manager scopes and above when managing a domain and the filter does not review current user answering rules.
- Improved iframe support.
- Improved number localization cases when masquerading as a user.
- Improved call center agent management modal for Tiered Round-Robin queues when using non English languages.
- Improved the timeframe details popover when viewed from inventory.
- Improved sorting the call queues details table to better handle 12-hour-clock timestamps. Previously, some data appeared out of order.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue with Webphone where user could not record new greetings caused by recent Chrome update.
- Fix for carrier delivery receipts not appearing in conversation.
- Improved "agent log" authentication for call center agent scope.
- Corrected an issue preventing unread message notifications sent to additional emails.
- Improved agent view in call queue with domains over 5k users.
- Fix for partial address data being deleted when creating a new address endpoint.
- Corrected SMS direction field
- Fixed Callback statistics chart.
- Fixed a replication issue when site names contain spaces.
- Corrected issues with editing a shared contact.
- Improved parsing of the User>Call Center tab call queue filter when queue extensions have different lengths and one is a subset of another. Tab now accurately represents enabled/disabled queues regardless of extensions.
- New domains now cannot be created with a postfix if the postfix results in a new domain with the same name as one that already exists.
- Improved the calls column on the phone number inventory page.
- Fixed bug where system users on the User Page didn't display a user type label.
- Fixed bug that showed the wrong number of users associated with provisioned legacy emergency numbers.
- Corrected issues with site level emergency notifications for sites with spaces in the name. Previously, when using a site with a space, emergency notification data was saved and functioned properly, however, the change in configuration did not appear in the Portal. Now, change is visible.
- Improved the socket subscription data to better handle race conditions if connect occurs after attempted subscription on page change.
- Improved number formatting for call history to better include inter country calls and better international formatting all based off the users set location in PORTAL_COUNTRY_CODE
