Connect - System Requirements

To ensure normal operation of your OneCloud Connect application, the computers of your users and your data network shall conform to the following system requirements.

  • 1.1 GHz min, Dual Core or M series processor for Apple
Memory
  • 4 GB min
Network
  • TCP/IP network required (hard-wired LAN recommended)
  • Voice bandwidth: 100 Kbps (G.711), 32 Kbps (G.729)
  • Video calling bandwidth (estimated) 600 Kbps
  • On the client computer side, UDP/TCP port 5060,5061, 9002 open for the SIP softphone
  • QoS router configurations recommended for UDP packets
  • QoS packet prioritization policies are recommended for RTP, SIP, and WebRTC on client
  • Router/Firewall ALG/SIP Packet inspection disabled
  • Network latency < 240 ms round trip OneCloud data-centers
  • Jitter < 20 ms and packet loss < 2% over 100 most recent packets

  • Outbound firewall open TCP ports 80 (HTTP), 443, and 9002 (WebRTC)
  • RTP audio stream, utilizes UDP, ports are dynamically allocated in the range 40,000 to 65,535
