New Features
SMS/MMS Module Decoupled from Chat
The SMS/MMS module has been fully decoupled from the Chat module across all platforms (Web, Desktop, Android, and iOS), giving text conversations its own independent navigation and lifecycle.
Call Recording Transcription and Sentiment — Mobile
- Transcription and sentiment analysis for call recordings is now available on iOS and Android, extending the existing Web and Desktop experience to mobile platforms.
AI Chatbot Support — Mobile
- The integrated AVIE AI chatbot is now available on Android and iOS, providing instant AI-powered assistance directly within the mobile application.
WebHID Integration for Call Control
- WebHID device support has been added, enabling compatible hardware call-control devices (such as headsets with call-answer buttons) to interact directly with the application on Web and Desktop.
SMS Message History Sync
- Previous SMS messages now sync on initial login to the application.
Watch Call Notification Support - Android
- Incoming call notifications are now delivered to paired Android wearables, allowing users to view and respond to calls from their watch.
Pin Messages — Web and Desktop
- The ability to pin messages in chats and channels has been restored on Web and Desktop.
The application now requests and confirms camera, microphone, and screen share permissions when joining a meeting, across macOS, Windows, Web/Desktop, and Android.
Improvements
- Emoji rendering and message reactions are now more consistent on iOS, and the Unifi emoji library has been extended across all platforms.
Click-to-Meet Reliability Improvements
- Click-to-Meet within chats and channels has been updated across Web, Desktop, Android, and iOS.
- Click-to-Meet for Text conversations sends the other party a link to join the meeting.
Transcription Display Accuracy
- Corrected an issue where an incorrect user name was displayed in transcription with sentiment on Desktop during Android-to-Desktop calls.
Security Hardening
- Various improvements to ensure security across the applciation.
Chat and Text Module UX Refinements
- The "Create a direct message" option has been removed from the new chat flow to reduce confusion.
- The tooltip text when hovering the "+" button in the SMS module has been updated.
- Text conversation names now update correctly when a contact is added.
- A loader is now shown in Chat and Channels while attachments are processing in the backend.

Recording Popup and Call History API
- Improved UX when to show if a call recording is avaiable with a call history entry.
AI Chatbot Accessibility
- The "Delete chat" button in the AI Chatbot main screen now has a visible accessible name.
SecureFax UX
- Improvements to SecureFax UX inside OneCloud Connect
Chat and Channel Framework Improvements — Mobile
- Android and iOS have migrated to a new framework which offers stablility improvements and support for future features.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed call still ringing on other devices after being declined on Desktop when logged into multiple devices.
- Fixed an issue where push notifications were not received on iOS and Android.
- Fixed audio not respecting output source for calls and ringtones based on selected audio device choice on Web/Desktop.
- Fixed Call Center queues not re-logging in when an agent changes status from Lunch back to Go Online on Android.
- Fixed UI issues after the device wakes from sleep.
- Fixed an issue where a blank screen is displayed on application launch.
- Fixed an issue in iOS application locking up, hanging, or crashing when opening chats or channels containing large media files.
- Fixed SecureFax UI issues on Android.
- Fixed desktop application crashes related to idle periods and network changes.
- Fixed an issue where the application could crash when opening a chat room.
- Fixed app crashing on iOS after idle periods.
- Fixed incorrect text shown on the guest user recording download page on Web.
- Fixed webinar registration email link opening an error page instead of the registration form.
- Fixed MFA not working correctly — correct codes were being rejected at login.
- Fixed login domain field being case-sensitive (e.g., "OneCloud" vs "onecloud" failed).
- Fixed Apple Login not working on Android.
- Fixed social login icons being cut off at the bottom on the Windows application login screen.
- Fixed audio permission error preventing microphone access on certain devices.
- Fixed an issue where audio file playback was not loading in chat.
- Fixed pinned channel state not persisting after app restart or tab switch on Web/Desktop.
