We're excited to release some fantastic news about OneCloud Connect. Our team has been working tirelessly to enhance your communication experience, and we're thrilled to announce a major update packed with innovative features! 

New Features

Introducing New Modules: Call and Chat

In our latest release, we're expanding OneCloud Connect's capabilities significantly by introducing two new modules — designed to make your communication more seamless and integrated than ever before. All existing OneCloud users with a Modern User, Call Center Agent, or Call Center Supervisor license will have immediate access to these features as part of our Open Beta program. Your experience and feedback are invaluable to us. As you explore these new features, we encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions. Your input will be instrumental in refining and perfecting OneCloud Meet. To help get your feedback we have built in an easy method for you to share your feedback directly from the application, to see how see this article.
  1. Call Module [Beta] - Quick Reference for Calling
    1. Voicemail Management: View, listen to, and manage your voicemails with ease.
    2. Softphone Integration: Make and receive calls directly within the app.
    3. Advanced Call Features: Enjoy functionalities like blind and warm transfers, call holding, call waiting, and ad-hoc conferencing.
    4. Caller ID Switch: Customize your outbound caller ID (requires OneCloud support ticket for activation).
    5. Integrated Contacts and Call History: Access your OneCloud contacts and view detailed call history.
    6. Call Recordings & Notes: Listen to and download call recordings, and add notes or dispositions to your calls.
    7. Update Emergency Address from settings
    1. Direct and Channel Messaging: Communicate with your team using direct messages or through dedicated channels.
    2. Message Pinning and Replies: Keep important messages visible and reply directly to specific messages.
    3. Personalization Options: Customize groups and channels with unique names and icons.
    4. Quick Call Feature: Initiate calls directly from your chat.
    5. Enhanced Interactivity: Use emojis and message reactions for a more engaging chat experience.
    6. Upload and Share documents

Meetings

  1. AI Noise suppression: Toggle this on under your in-meeting microphone settings to reduce background noise.
  2. New join flow to allow launching from the Desktop Application.
  3. Open with Login: Launch the application when you log into your computer.

Improvements

  1. Disable filmstrip within Webinar.
  2. Increased launch meeting speed.
  3. Improved loading screen for better User Experience.

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved scenario where meeting would take a long time to load.
  2. App crash when launched without internet access.
  3. Better error handling

Known Issues

  1. Copy/Paste via right click does not work. Work around: Use ctrl+c and ctrl+v hot keys to copy and paste respectively.
