OneCloud Connect v3.4.0 Release Notes
Included in this release:
New Features
- Contact and phone number search functionality from the dialpad window
- Selectable ringtone output device
- Screen pop capability based on phone number
- Call center enhancements, including custom availability statuses and personal/queue statistics viewing
Improvements
- New chats and channels no longer require accepting an invitation
- Added several new ringtone options
- Searchable country code list in the add contacts dialog
- Clicking a new voicemail notification now opens the voicemail page
- Joining a meeting from within Connect no longer opens an external browser window
- Repositioned call parking button on mobile versions

Removed 200-character limit for custom outgoing voicemail greetings
All Calls list is now updated in real-time
Microphone and audio output settings now apply in real time
Fixed display issue with click-to-meet invitations on iOS

Eliminated overlapping notifications for click-to-meet meetings
Improved Connect reload functionality after computer is woken from sleep
Scheduled meetings now allow attendees to join after scheduled stop time

Replying to a chat now properly displays the name of the person who sent the original message
Resolved chat loading issues after force closing Connect on Android
Fixed moderator lobby bypass permissions for those added after meeting creation
Resolved an issue where the OS name was obscured on the Connect Download Center page
Fixed playback issues with videos sent in chat
Enabled contact access during assisted transfers
Resolved an issue where replying to a message containing a mention could cause a reload
Eliminated duplicate SMS messages
Fixed issues with saving notes and dispositions in the call log
Automatic removal of non-numeric characters when pasting phone numbers into new SMS recipient fields
Known Issues
The following issues are known and may be encountered by users. These are scheduled for resolution in a future release:
- Occasional call parking issues in iOS and Android
- Workaround: Attempt parking the call again
- On iOS, click-to-meet calls sometimes disappear into background after answering
- Workaround: Navigate to the affected chat and select "join meeting"
- New text-created voicemail greetings not automatically selected
- Workaround: Save the new greeting, then select and save again
- Potential duplicate screen pops when logged into both portal and Connect
- Workaround: Log out of the portal when using screen pop functionality
