  14. Fixed playback issues with videos sent in chat

  16. Resolved an issue where replying to a message containing a mention could cause a reload
  17. Eliminated duplicate SMS messages
  18. Fixed issues with saving notes and dispositions in the call log
  19. Automatic removal of non-numeric characters when pasting phone numbers into new SMS recipient fields

Known Issues

The following issues are known and may be encountered by users. These are scheduled for resolution in a future release:
  1. Occasional call parking issues in iOS and Android
    1. Workaround: Attempt parking the call again
  1. On iOS, click-to-meet calls sometimes disappear into background after answering
    1. Workaround: Navigate to the affected chat and select "join meeting"
  1. New text-created voicemail greetings not automatically selected
    1. Workaround: Save the new greeting, then select and save again
  1. Potential duplicate screen pops when logged into both portal and Connect
    1. Workaround: Log out of the portal when using screen pop functionality
