OneCloud Connect v3.4.1 Release Notes
Included in this release:
New Features
- User presence indicators
- Voicemail options can now be managed on mobile devices
- AI noise suppression
- Call center agents can now receive a call disposition and notes popup window
- You can now use Connect to dial phone numbers from links on webpages which use tel: and callto: URLs
Improvements
- User avatars are now consistent between chat and meetings
- Custom call center statuses are now supported in iOS and Android
- User call center queue status (logged in/out) has been made more clear
- It is now possible to selectively choose calls waiting in a call center queue
- Clicking the SMS button in call history now automatically opens a new SMS chat instead of displaying the start chat dialog
- Added the ability to start a new chat from the contacts list
- Improved loading behavior in low bandwidth situations on iOS
- Dialed numbers can now contain +, *, and #
- It is now possible to edit and delete emergency addresses within user settings
Bug Fixes
- The Android app no longer requires app data to be cleared after an automatic logout
- Call waiting now functions properly on the iOS app
- The iOS app now plays the correct ringback tone for on-net calls
- It is no longer required to grant contacts access to transfer calls on Android
- Added “End Shift” call center status, which was previously missed
- Unmuting a channel no longer causes all messages received while muted to be marked as unread
- Fixed an issue where click to meet calls were not displayed on the iOS lock screen
- Fixed an issue where the default audio and video settings had the opposite effect
- Improved dial pad contacts search
- New custom voicemail greetings are now automatically selected
- Custom screen pop URLs are now validated to be proper web addresses
- Fixed an issue where muting notifications for a channel applied to all channels
Known Issues
The following are issues that users might experience which are scheduled to be resolved in a future release:
- In the Windows installer release, tel: and callto: links do not open in Connect
- Workaround: Dial the number manually
- In some cases after ending a call, user presence incorrectly remains in busy status
- Workaround: manually adjust status to the desired value
